About This Workshop
This workshop is hosted by Mystic Valley Elder Services and the coordinator is Donna Covelle. She can be contacted at 781-388-4867. The workshop begins on 09/16/2019 and ends 10/25/2019 from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Tai Chi for Health meets for 8 weeks, once a week for one hour each time. It is not a drop in program, people must register.
