About This Workshop
This workshop is hosted by Mystic Valley Elder Services and the coordinator is Donna Covelle. She can be contacted at 781-388-4867. The workshop begins on 3/11/2020 and ends 4/24/2020 from 9:00am – 10:00am. Tai Chi for Health meets for 8 weeks, once a week for one hour each time. It is not a drop in program, people must register.
