About This Workshop
This workshop is hosted by Mystic Valley Elder Services and the coordinator is Donna Covelle. She can be contacted at 781-388-4867. The workshop begins on 2/11/19 and ends 4/8/19 from 1:30pm – 2:30pm. Tai Chi for Arthritis meets for 8 weeks, once a week for one hour each time. It is not a drop in program, people must register.
