About This Workshop
This workshop is hosted by Boroughs Family Branch YMCA and the coordinator is Elizabeth Skidmore. She can be contacted at 508-870-1320 ext 241. The workshop begins on 3/1/16 and ends 8/11/16 from 12:45pm-2:15pm. The Tai Chi Program meets for 24 weeks, twice a week for one and a half hours each time. This program will meet on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
