About This Workshop
This workshop is hosted by Springwell and the coordinator is Kathy Byrne. She can be contacted at 617-972-5624 or [email protected]. The workshop begins on January 6, 2015 and ends February 26, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 on Tuesdays and 1:00 to 2:00 on Thursdays. The Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program meets for 8 weeks, twice a week for one hour each time. It is not a drop in program, people must register.
